Thelma holds a masters degree in psychology and is certified in providing early intervention rehabilitation therapy. She has a strong desire to help families build strong and lasting foundations. She has provided services for 15+ years to those in the Spanish speaking community; and she has an extensive background in leading and supervising others while raising and advocating for special children.
